SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 - 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wickcandle.store@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

 

 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $60 within [Bergen County, NJ]. For orders under $60, we charge $1.99 for local delivery.

 

Deliveries are made from [9am - 2pm] on [Monday - Friday]. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may receive a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

REFUND

 

All refunds should be received between five (5) days of the received purchase date through store credit. All purchased items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, and photo proof of defective or damaged goods, via email.

 

EXCHANGE/REFUND PROCESS

 

To request for a refund or change an item, please email customer service at wickcandle.store@gmail.com. After receiving an email, and viewing the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your store credit has been processed or new exchange order has been processed and shipped.
